Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. All defined terms may be used in the singular or plural as context requires.

By registering for an ug808 account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion you access the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
3. You are registering and operating solely on your own behalf. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ug808 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the ug808 platform under a self-exclusion agreement or a platform-initiated suspension, and have not been directed to cease using online gaming services.
6. All information you provide during registration and in all subsequent interactions with ug808 is accurate, truthful, and current.

ug808 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ug808 may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure where fraud or ineligibility is established.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ug808 platform. The creation or maintenance of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ug808 may close all accounts associated with that player, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including a valid email address, an Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects their age. ug808 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify this information. Players are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date; ug808 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ug808 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ug808 will never ask for your password in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify ug808 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ug808 applies a structured KYC verification process to all accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., bank statement showing your name matching the registered account name).

ug808 may suspend withdrawal processing on any account where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. KYC verification is a standard platform requirement and is not a discretionary measure applied selectively.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ug808 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules, and remaining real-money balances will be returned to you via your nominated payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the ug808 platform — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are denominated and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug808 does not apply currency conversion fees. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and major Indonesian bank transfer channels are typically credited to a player's ug808 balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. ug808 does not charge deposit processing fees. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of the confirmed transfer, players should contact ug808 customer support and provide their transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ug808's payments team seven days a week. For fully KYC-verified accounts, the average withdrawal processing time is under five minutes to e-wallets and under 15 minutes to Indonesian bank accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may be held until the next processing window. ug808 does not charge withdrawal fees on any channel.

4.5 Declined Transactions

ug808 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ug808 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict. These general Terms will govern all matters not specifically addressed in the promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's ug808 account are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where a matched deposit bonus applies) must be staked in eligible games before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, qualifying bet types, and time limits will be stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ug808 actively monitors bonus usage patterns for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets designed to reduce variance rather than reflect genuine wagering intent, using bonus funds in games excluded from wagering requirement calculations, and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, ug808 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the account concerned.

5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

ug808 may run promotions aligned with major sporting events (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers), cultural occasions (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Chinese New Year, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), and other calendar milestones. These promotions are announced via the ug808 platform and are subject to their own specific terms. ug808 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on ug808 are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been accepted and a confirmation reference issued, the odds and stake are fixed. ug808 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in the listed odds has occurred (e.g., odds materially inconsistent with the prevailing market), provided that notification is given to the affected player and the staked amount is returned in full.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on ug808 are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Asia Gaming. The rules of each live game variant are displayed within the game interface. By participating in a live casino game, the player agrees to be bound by the studio provider's game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games

6.4 Togel

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. ug808 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ug808 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors or defects, or the accuracy of information displayed on the platform (including live odds, scores, or game results which may be subject to minor technical delays).
2. ug808 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit — except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
3. ug808's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. ug808 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from actions taken on a player's account by a third party who has obtained access to the player's login details.
5. ug808 shall not be liable for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including banking system outages, e-wallet provider maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

ug808's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the ug808 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Continued use of the ug808 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ug808 is licensed and regulated internationally. The platform is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence, and all regulatory obligations of the operator are maintained in accordance with the terms of that licence.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ug808's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

For Indonesian players, ug808 acknowledges that the regulatory environment governing online gaming in Indonesia is subject to change.
